Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays) after your order and payment are confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Destinations & Methods
We are happy to ship to customers in multiple countries. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated based on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout.

International Orders
For orders shipped outside of our primary country, please be aware of the following:
· Customs and Import Taxes: You, the customer, are solely responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied by your country's government. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are collected by your local customs office upon arrival.
· Delivery Times: International shipping times can vary significantly based on the destination country's customs procedures.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from adams@resellers05.com with your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Important Shipping Address Information
· Double-Check Your Address: Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
· Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to pay customs fees, or failure to collect the package, we will contact you. Reshipping the order will require an additional shipping payment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
reseller.05 is not responsible for packages that are marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier but are lost or stolen. If you encounter this situation, please contact your local post office and the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation.
Returns & Exchanges
For all return or exchange requests, please review our Return Policy. All requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery by emailing us.
